ABOUT THE CHAMBER

The Israel–Serbia Chamber of Commerce is an official bilateral organization dedicated to strengthening business, economic, and cultural cooperation between the two nations. Established in 2026, the Chamber operates under the Federation of Bi‑National Chambers of Commerce in Israel and in collaboration with the Israeli Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

We provide a professional platform connecting companies, entrepreneurs, and institutions from both countries, fostering trust, innovation, and long‑term partnerships.

Goals of the Chamber

The Chamber was established to provide a structured framework for economic activity, support entrepreneurs and companies, and strengthen long‑term cooperation between the two countries:

  • Promoting mutual trade and investment between Israeli and Serbian companies
  • Initiating and organizing conferences, workshops, business delegations, and professional forums
  • Providing guidance and consulting to companies on regulatory, taxation, and commercial opportunities
  • Strengthening cultural and social ties that serve as a foundation for sustainable business cooperation

Chairman — Gili Dekel

Gili Dekel is a leading Israeli real estate entrepreneur with over two decades of activity in Belgrade, Serbia.

He has partnered with AFI, Shikun & Binui, and Tidhar Group on major commercial and residential developments in Israel and abroad.

Dekel is a founder and director of Urban Brand, a company specializing in urban renewal in Israel.

He previously served as CEO of Africa Israel Residences and CEO of Europort Group.

Under his leadership, the companies he has managed have become market leaders in Serbia. His long-standing presence in Serbia and deep ties within both markets position him as a central figure in advancing bilateral business cooperation.

CEO — Teah Rollinger

Teah Rollinger is a senior Israeli executive and organizational consultant, born in Belgrade and fluent in Serbian, Hebrew, and English. Building her career in Israel, she has over 15 years of experience leading complex projects, advising companies, and developing strategic business infrastructures across diverse industries.

Her unique dual identity — Israeli and Serbian — gives her a significant advantage in bridging cultures, business practices, and professional communities between the two countries. Rollinger specializes in cross‑border collaboration, international partnership development, and supporting companies operating between Israel and Serbia.

With extensive experience in organizational consulting, business development, and international project management, she plays a key role in strengthening long‑term cooperation, trust, and shared opportunities between the Israeli and Serbian business ecosystems.

A copy can be requested via email. All revenues are dedicated solely to funding the ongoing operations of the Israel-Serbia Chamber of Commerce and for the welfare of its members.
